Bréa is centered in the photo. Her dark hair is pulled up above her head with a red tie holding it in place. She has a warm smile and hoop earrings on. Behind her is a blue sky above the outline of some mountains and some green trees below them. She is wearing a v-neck shirt that is white, black, and red.

About
Bréa invites you to compassionately explore the totality of your humanness and reclaim your right to be holistically witnessed, supported, and liberated. She specializes in working alongside perinatal folks experiencing birth trauma, depression, anxiety, grief/loss, infertility, and parental identity challenges. She also supports and empowers BIPOC teens and kids navigating major life transitions, suicidal ideation, loneliness, shame, low self-esteem, interpersonal trauma as well as racial and cultural identity development.
Bréa arrives embodied in tender curiosity and loving presence. Her counselling approach is integrative and eclectic to empathically attune to your unique cognitive, emotional, and somatic needs. She prioritizes the reverence and nurturance of your innate wisdom, self-determination, and courage. To build safety and trust, Bréa commits to an anti-oppressive and trauma-informed care model that is grounded in informed consent and cultural humility.
Bréa believes community connectedness is integral to healing, thriving, and feeling alive, especially while navigating systems of domination and social injustice. Therefore, you can expect Bréa to support you in expanding your capacity for connection.
Bréa identifies as a biracial and cisgender woman. She was born and raised, and is gratefully working and living, within the stolen, unceded, and ancestral territories of the xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam), səl̓ilwətaɁɬ təməxʷ (Tsleil-Waututh), S’ólh Téméxw (Stó:lō), and Skwxwú7mesh-ulh Temíx̱w (Squamish) Nations.
