About
Hello! Thanks for landing here. In my role as a counsellor, my work has been described as collaborative, adaptive and attuned. These values are important to me, as I strive to continually learn in order to best support each client’s unique worldviews, needs, and goals. My work often draws on creativity, emotional expression, and storytelling.
Some themes that I often support with (not limited to):
At the heart of my work is a deep commitment to social justice. My practice is rooted in intersectional feminism, disability justice, anti-racism and anti-capitalism. Therefore, I strive to create a space that is trauma-informed, neurodivergent affirming, anti-oppressive, and rooted in harm reduction. I draw from an integrative approach, combining modalities such as Narrative Therapy and Emotionally Focused Therapy. I believe that every person’s story is unique and therefore you are the expert of your own experience.

A Bit About Me
I identify as queer, cisgender (she/her), aceflux/grey ace. I am a white settler, neurodivergent, and am COVID-conscious. I’ve spent the past eight years on the traditional lands of the Lekwungen-speaking peoples and the W̱SÁNEĆ nations (colonially known as Victoria). Before entering counselling and while finishing my degree I have spent 15 years working with neurodivergent children and families, including my current work as a nanny to a crew of toddlers. I hold a BSc in Biology and I’m now in my final year of the counselling program at City University in Victoria.
When I’m not working, I love journaling by the ocean, making art, spending time in nature, and hanging out with my two bunnies, Luna and Olive. 🐇🐰
I appreciate you taking the time to read! It would be an honour to connect and learn about how I can best support you. I’m here to walk alongside clients, adjusting my approach to help facilitate what feels most helpful and supportive to you!

These values are important to me, as I strive to continually learn in order to best support each client’s unique worldviews, needs, and goals. My work often draws on creativity, emotional expression, and storytelling.
Some themes that I often support with (not limited to):
- working alongside those with OCD, ADHD, autism or other neurodivergences
- self-empowerment
- navigating oppressive systems
- boundaries and communication
- relationships
- identity
- eco-anxiety and/or climate grief
- trauma
At the heart of my work is a deep commitment to social justice. My practice is rooted in intersectional feminism, disability justice, anti-racism and anti-capitalism. Therefore, I strive to create a space that is trauma-informed, neurodivergent affirming, anti-oppressive, and rooted in harm reduction. I draw from an integrative approach, combining modalities such as Narrative Therapy and Emotionally Focused Therapy. I believe that every person’s story is unique and therefore you are the expert of your own experience.
In a session, you can expect:
- an open space for reflection and self-discovery,
- a general check-in of how you are doing,
- a curious inquiry around the systems you are navigating,
- potential offerings of grounding skills
- and opportunities for creative expression.
