Bréa is a Black biracial cis woman born and raised, working and living within the ancestral and unceded territories of the Musqueam, Squamish, and Tsleil-Waututh Nations. She specializes in working alongside perinatal folks experiencing depression, anxiety, infertility, loss, birth trauma, and parental identity challenges. Bréa also supports and empowers teens and adults navigating major life transitions, suicidal ideation, loneliness, low self-esteem, grief, interpersonal trauma as well as racial and cultural identity development.
Bréa prioritizes the reverence and nurturance of your innate wisdom, strength, self-determination, and courage. Her counselling approach is integrative and eclectic to empathically attune to your unique cognitive, emotional, and somatic needs. To build safety and trust, Bréa commits to an anti-oppressive and trauma-informed care model that is grounded in informed consent and cultural humility.
Bréa invites you to explore the totality of your humanness and reclaim your right to be holistically witnessed, supported, and liberated.
