Location: Located at #912 - 207 West Hastings Street, Vancouver. It is a space designed for expressive art therapy, somatic, and talk therapy. This is a single room office with one counsellor working in the space at a time.
Getting There: There is two-hour free parking nearby. The building is also readily accessible via bus and skytrain.
Accessibility: In regards to accessibility, there is a 1-2 inch lip at the entrance of the building that impacts accessibility. There are elevators going to the 9th floor. The space aims to be scent-free/reduced. There are a variety of seating options (width and softness varieties) within the space. There are a variety of softer lighting options.
Bathrooms: There are two single stall bathrooms on the floor. There are no hand rails in the bathrooms.

Location: Located at 9 East Broadway (near Ontario St) in Vancouver, underneath a red sign with white writing that states "Vancouver Central School of Music." There is a "9" on the door. There is a door on the first floor and another door on the second floor after the stairs. There is a bell by each door. Please ring the bell upon arrival if the door is closed and your counsellor will let you in. If the door is open, please let yourself in and wait in the waiting room for your counsellor. This is a multi-room office with different counsellors working in the space.

Outreach and Virtual Appointments
Outreach: Outreach appointments available from some counsellors for folks who prefer to go for a walk instead of meeting online or in an office.
Online and Phone Appointments: Phone and video based counselling available. Video counselling is done through JaneApp or Doxy. Both platforms are in compliance with health privacy requirements.
