About
My joy in counseling is creating a safe, reliable and attuned space where folks holding pain, frustration and fear in response to trauma can experience connection and solidarity. As an RCC and RSW with lived experience of trauma, disability and divergent identities I develop heart centered bonds and work to uplift the communities I am a part of through my therapeutic alliances.
I welcome connection with folks who are 2SLGBTQIAP+, neurodivergent, BIPOC, experiencing disability and chronic health challenges, sex workers, engaging with substances, and/or curious about or experienced with kink, poly/non-monogamous relationships. I work alongside youth, adults, family members/caregivers and partners. I am available to offer Hormone Readiness Assessments.
I am a fourth generation white settler and uninvited visitor of English, Irish and Scottish descent here on the unceded and ancestral homelands of the xwməθkwəy̓əm (Musqueam), Skwxwú7mesh (Squamish), and Səl̓ílwətaʔ/Selilwitulh (Tsleil-Waututh) Nations. In my personal life, I love to write poetry and fiction. I am queer, trans and neurodivergent.
