About
I believe therapy is more than just talking, it's a chance to reconnect with the parts of ourselves we’ve had to put away just to get through the day. If you're ready, or even just curious, we can explore together to see what some of those parts look like. Given the opportunity, I’d be honoured to walk alongside you as we explore what healing and growth could look like for you.

I’ve had the privilege of supporting:

Outside of therapy, you’ll probably find me in the gym working on my squat, boxing, catching a sunset on a run, experimenting in the kitchen, or vibing to 2000s R&B on repeat.
