About
I believe therapy is more than just talking, it's a chance to reconnect with the parts of ourselves we’ve had to put away just to get through the day. If you're ready, or even just curious, we can explore together to see what some of those parts look like. Given the opportunity, I’d be honoured to walk alongside you as we explore what healing and growth could look like for you.

I'm a cisgender, non-disabled, South Asian immigrant woman living and offering counselling in Vancouver, BC. I was born in Bangladesh, grew up in Scarborough (Toronto), and eventually followed my curiosity and heart out west to Vancouver.

In my work, I aim to create a space that feels grounded, compassionate, and truly yours. I bring an anti-oppressive, client-centered, trauma- and system-informed lens into the room. My approach often weaves together tools and insights from narrative therapy, CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy), and somatic practices, with the understanding that healing involves both the mind and body.

I’ve had the privilege of supporting:
  • Current and former youth in care
  • Queer and trans folks
  • Folks navigating life transitions, identity shifts, or just trying to make sense of it all

Some of the areas we might explore together include:
  • Anxiety
  • Depression
  • Relationship and boundary struggles
  • Life transitions and identity
  • Sexuality and gender
  • Trauma and complex histories

Outside of therapy, you’ll probably find me in the gym working on my squat, boxing, catching a sunset on a run, experimenting in the kitchen, or vibing to 2000s R&B on repeat.
